We offer free domestic standard shipping for orders over £75

Wild Hearts sends all orders tracked via Royal Mail. All orders placed before 4pm will be dispached the following working day excluding weekends. Orders placed on Saturday will be shipped on Monday. A tracking number will be emailed to the customer after the order has been dispached.

Please allow up to 2-5 working days for standard delivery within the UK

Please make sure your address is correct on your order. Wild Hearts is not responsible for catching shipping address errors provided to us.

Signature Required

For tracking purposes a signature is required on delivery for domestic and international shipping. If no one is at home during business hours your package may end up at your local post office. If delivery is attempted but you are not home you will receive an ‘attempted delivery slip’ in your letterbox giving you instructions on where to go and collect your package. To avoid a failed delivery attempt please use an address where someone can sign for your package during business hours, ie. a business address.


Next Day Delivery

If your order is urgent, please choose next day delivery at the checkout. The cut off time on your order for next day delivery is 12pm Monday - Friday. Any orders placed with this service on a Saturday will be shipped on Monday.

Wild Hearts is not responsible for any delays due to local disruptions.

Shipping takes approximately 7-10 business days, sometimes longer depending on the processing time through customs in the destination country. This processing time is entirely out of our control. A tracking number will be emailed to the customer once the order has shipped.

Customs and duty fees are not included and it is the customer's responsibility to pay. We cannot determine the duty fees for country to country, please contact your local customs office if you have any questions. We do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees.

Your parcel is sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For service. This service has limited tracking updates available once it has left the UK. Please call your local post office with the tracking number for possible further assistance.
