Please note items must be returned with all tags intact and in their original packaging. All goods are inspected on return and any item in an unsuitable condition and with any signs of wear will not be accepted.

Once your return is accepted please allow 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to your original method of payment

Please note: Wild Hearts is unable to cover return postage costs and the customer will have to pay for the cost of returning items. Your returned parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, so remember to keep a receipt for proof of postage and proof of delivery using a tracked service.

In the interests of hygiene, earrings cannot be returned

All sale items are final sale and can not be returned

EXCHANGES
 

We are unable to offer exchanges but you can return something to us for a full refund and then place a new order for the size, colour or item you'd prefer.
